Data protection declaration for social media

I. General

We maintain publicly accessible profiles in various social networks. Visiting these profiles sets a multitude of data processing operations in motion. Below we give you an overview of which of your personal data is collected, used and stored by us when you visit our profiles. Personal data is information that can be assigned to you as a specific person (e.g. name, age, address, photos, e-mail addresses, and possibly also IP addresses). We will also inform you about your rights with regard to the processing of your personal data. You are not obliged to give us your personal data. However, this may be necessary for individual functions of our profiles in social networks. These functionalities are not available to you, or only to a limited extent, if you do not provide us with your personal data.

When you visit our profiles, your personal data is not only collected, used and stored by us, but also by the operator of the respective social network. This also happens if you do not have a profile in the respective social network yourself. The individual data processing operations and their scope differ depending on the operator of the respective social network and they are not necessarily understandable for us. III. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose and their use

When you visit our profiles in social networks, we process the following personal data: surname, first name and, if applicable, address data, if you send them to us. We process this data in order to process your request to us. The legal basis for processing this data is Section 6 (1) (a) GDPR, provided you are a member of the social network and / or have given your consent, or Section 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate Interests in communication with users and our external presentation for the purpose of advertising.

As the operator of profiles in social networks, we can only view the information stored in your public profile on the operator pages, and only if you have such a profile and are logged into it while you call up our profiles. In addition, the operator pages provide us with anonymous usage statistics that we use to improve the user experience when visiting our profiles. We do not have access to the usage data that the operator pages collect to create these statistics. The providers have undertaken to us to assume primary responsibility under the GDPR for the processing of this data, to fulfill all obligations under the GDPR with regard to this data and to make the essentials of this obligation available to those affected. This data processing serves our (and your) legitimate interest in improving the user experience when visiting our profiles in a target group-oriented manner. The legal basis for data processing is therefore Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR. In addition, the operator pages use so-called cookies, which are stored on your device when you visit our profiles, even if you do not have your own profile on the provider pages or are not logged into this during your visit to our profile. These cookies allow the operator pages to create user profiles based on your preferences and interests and to show you advertising tailored to this (inside and outside of the provider pages). If you use our profiles in social networks to contact us (e.g. by creating your own posts, responding to one of our posts or sending us private messages), the data you provide to us will be used by us exclusively for this purpose processed to be able to contact you. • to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR;
• to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, unless processing to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or Defense of legal claims is necessary;
